Great place. No pushy salespersons, but there if you needed any assistance. Very very polite young man on reception, sorry didn’t get his name. He also handed the car over and had personally cleaned it. Used this garage before and will certainly use it again.

After couple of weeks noticed a minor issue ( which happens) and Steve did everything to support, handled the diagnostic cost so I wouldn’t have to bother about the costs.

Tried to make my initial enquiry on Easter Sunday, only to discover they were closed. Doh! However, received a call from a mobile phone number shortly after my second failed call from Richard saying he had noticed there had been a couple of missed calls from my number and could he help. Good start! I said I was enquiring about a car but realised they were closed and would call back when they were open. Richard said “no problem what car was I interested in?” After a brief conversation about the car and part exchange I felt confident about this dealership. As I was travelling from Lanarkshire in Scotland, Richard had ensured my prospective car was serviced and MOT’d should I want to go ahead with the part exchange after my test drive, that way we could conclude the sale there and then negating the need for a return visit. Which is what we did. Brilliant! I could easily write more about my experience but suffice to say I am very happy with mine. I would highly recommend JA based on my experience. Richard was friendly, genuine and very helpful. And in my opinion this is exactly how a car dealership should be managed.

A great buying experience from Mathew at Junction. Recently purchased a Golf R, they agreed to hold it for me due to a family bereavement which meant there was a delay in me purchasing the car. They could easily have sold it to someone’s else about 10x over but yet they agreed to hold it for me, I really appreciated this gesture.

I had an issue with the car upon collection. I let Mathew know and instantly he offered to have it put right, turned out to just be a vacuum hose that had come off and caused boost issues, this was promptly sorted and I was kept updated. Would happily purchase another car from junction and will return when it’s time to chop in my other half’s car. I often find the best way to judge a company is how they deal with issues, and junction dealt with the issues really well.
